Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8-13 students living in the home.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medications, transportation, devotions, budgeting, and reporting, with a 9-on/3-off schedule initially. Comprehensive benefits and housing are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-person role for married couples; both must meet age and residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting; maintain records.
• Follow a 9-on/3-off schedule initially, then transition to a placed houseparent role.
