Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking a married couple to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents on our Hershey, PA campus. The role involves living in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8-13 students.

You will oversee daily routines, devotions, and transportation to activities while fostering a structured, family-like environment. Holders of a high school diploma or GED, with a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
