Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. Couples provide care and supervision for 8–13 students, creating a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth is required.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
