Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full‑time Flex Houseparents—a two‑person, married couple responsible for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. You’ll supervise daily life, coordinate routines, and support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth while living on campus.

Qualified couples must be married for at least two years, 27+ years old, and able to drive student vans; you’ll lead devotions and participate in Sunday Chapel.

Qualifications

• Two-person married couple required (min 2 years)
• Both spouses age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children in the student home
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
• High school diploma or GED required
• No explicit alcohol on campus; Sundays Chapel involvement optional

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
