Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking Full‑time Flex Houseparents to reside on campus and care for a group of 8‑13 students. The couples will provide supervision, guidance, and support to promote academic, emotional, and social development in a structured home environment.

Applicants must be a legally married two-person team, with both spouses aged 27 or older and a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include driving, devotions, budgeting, and ensuring student safety and wellness.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
