Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking two partners to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. This unique on-campus role houses and mentors a group of 8-13 students, providing day-to-day supervision, care, and guidance to foster academic and social growth.

Responsibilities include managing routines, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions, budgeting, and reporting. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and have a high school

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
