Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and care for a group of 8-13 students. The role involves supervision, scheduling, wellness checks, and engaging in activities with students to support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED. A valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain van certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or volunteering with youth preferred.
• Two-person role must be legally married for at least two years.
• Spouses both aged 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
