Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home. The role offers housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits in a structured, family-like environment.

The position requires both spouses to be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteers in youth-serving settings.
• Two-person couples role, married at least two years, required.
• U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
