LifeStance Health in South Bend, IN is seeking Licensed Therapists to join our growing outpatient team. This hybrid role offers flexible schedules, full autonomy over your caseload, and a competitive compensation model based on productivity, with potential earnings of $84,000 to $107,000 per year plus an annual cash bonus incentive.

Candidates must hold full licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana and have experience working with adults or youth.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
