LifeStance Health in South Bend, IN is actively seeking Licensed Therapists to join our growing clinical team and support the launch of our new office. This hybrid role offers outpatient care with flexible schedules, no nights, and no hospital calls.

Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana is required. We provide competitive compensation up to $84,000–$107,001 per year, plus a sign-on bonus and annual cash incentive.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
