Fully licensed in Indiana (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) with experience serving adults and/or youth. This hybrid role offers flexible schedules, telemedicine and in-person care, and a compensation model up to $84,000–$107,000/year plus a sign-on bonus and strong benefits.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.
