Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus homes and guiding 8–13 students. You will supervise daily routines, coordinate schedules, and lead activities while supporting students’ academic and personal growth.

The role requires a two-spouse, married couple with at least a high school diploma or GED, valid drivers license, and a strong commitment to a smoke-free campus.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple role; both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; no alcohol while on duty.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
