Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person, married couple role on campus to care for about 8–13 students. You will supervise daily life, routines, and wellness, with nine days on duty followed by three off, and transition to a placed houseparent with a stable student home.

Applicants must be married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain driver certification to operate campus vans.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel.
