Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple must be married at least two years.
• Both spouses 27 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and driving certification eligibility.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, supervision, and mentorship for approximately 8–13 students living in on-campus homes.
• Manage household routines, student schedules, and devotions.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Support various student homes during the nine-on, three-off initial schedule.
