Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the US to lead Coupa-based procurement transformations and ERP integrations. You will help design end-to-end S2P processes, tailor Coupa modules, and ensure secure data exchange across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Will consider related experience in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum 8–10 years hands-on Coupa implementation experience.
• Experience with Coupa modules: Core, Sourcing, CSO, CLM-S, CLM-A, RPM-A, Category Strategy, AI Classification, Navi and Contract Intelligence.
• Ability to design scalable, secure integration architectures (APIs, CSV) and manage global deployments.

Responsabilités

• Participate in requirements gathering and validate specifications to align with ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture and customize ERP modules per business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features, review code, and maintain the codebase for stability.
• Configure interfaces and ETL processes to ensure data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.
