Job Title: Coupa Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a Coupa Project Manager to lead the end-to-end management of the Coupa platform integration, with a strong focus on aligning Coupa with a new ERP system at go-live. This role is ideal for a strategic leader experienced in procurement transformation, systems integration, and cross-functional team coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of Coupa implementation and ERP integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors during the integration process.
  • Oversee go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization activities.
  • Configure Coupa modules to support procurement, invoicing, and financial workflows tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with approval hierarchies, audit controls, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the integration of Coupa with ERP systems to enable seamless data exchange for procurement, invoicing, and accounting.
  • Support AP automation, invoice matching (2-way/3-way), tax configuration, and exception handling.
  • Analyze and optimize P2P processes including requisitioning, sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Implement sourcing strategies and supplier performance metrics using Coupa’s sourcing and supplier management tools.
  • Oversee data migration, validation, and cleansing efforts to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for spend analytics, procurement KPIs, and financial insights.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing (UAT, regression, integration) to validate functionality and performance.
  • Deliver training and documentation for end-users across procurement, finance, and project teams.
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, with at least 2 years focused on Coupa integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
  • Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of Coupa modules: Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Analytics.
  • Familiarity with ERP integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, SnapLogic).
  • Proficient in data migration, validation, and transformation processes.
  • Ability to interpret and troubleshoot API integrations and data flow between systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycle (planning to post-go-live support).
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in industries such as engineering services, construction, or professional services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering training, creating user documentation, and supporting end-user adoption.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or go-live support (if applicable).
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $72.00/hr.
