Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Coupa Post-Production Support (PPS) Senior Consultant to deliver tailored Coupa solutions for enterprise clients. You will leverage your consulting background to manage client relationships, implement and optimize Coupa modules, and drive value through dashboards and custom workflows.

You will work with a collaborative team, stay ahead of AI-enabled capabilities, and ensure adherence to firm policies on data protection and IP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with implementation or integration of at least one module within a financial system solution.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of core accounting processes, GL, procure to pay, record to report.
• Ability to prioritize requests by urgency, scope, and complexity.
• Comfort with AI and firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Continuous learning mindset: openness to emerging technologies including AI and automation.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate end-to-end solutions to technical teams.

Responsibilities

Coupa Post-Production Support (PPS) Senior Consultant

What You’ll Do:

• Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
• Manage client relationships and effectively resolve client support requests, ensuring their satisfaction and success
• Configure, set up, and provide ongoing Coupa administration for clients, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs, contributing to our clients' continuous improvement.
• Create new dashboards, save searches, and design custom workflows
• Manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs/Metrics, custom reports and fields
• Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert, integrating Coupa with various applications and providing valuable insights and guidance to clients
• Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
• Conduct client trainings within Coupa modules when necessary
• Effectively communicate with clients, providing project updates, configuration recommendations, and sharing Coupa best practices to optimize their business operations

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional/technical proficiency with implementation or integration of at least one module within a financial system solution (i.e. Coupa, Workday, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.)
• Strong business acumen, with a functional understanding of core accounting processes, organizational structure, GL, departments, classes, legal entity/subsidiaries, order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, and more
• Ability to prioritize requests by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability
• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
• The ability to create and effectively communicate end-to-end solutions to technical teams, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
• Coupa certification preferred
