Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC in the United States seeks a Coupa Technical Lead (Integrations), Manager to guide client implementations and deliver end-to-end Coupa integrations across Procurement, Payables, Expenses and Asset Management.

You will advise stakeholders, lead configuration efforts, develop AI-enabled solutions in line with data protection policies, and contribute to practice development and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience with ERP integration projects.
• Experience in end-to-end configurations of at least two modules within financial systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex multi-cloud integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders through Coupa selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration.
• Hands-on work across Coupa Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management.
• Develop AI-enabled client solutions within data-protection guidelines.
• Stay informed on AI tools to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
• Contribute to recruiting, coaching, marketing, and practice development.
• Drive performance improvements and cost reductions.
