CRH is seeking an experienced eSourcing / Source to Contract Analyst based in Atlanta to support North American procurement teams. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO), and a solid understanding of the end-to-end Source to Contract (S2C) process.
You will collaborate with category managers to run RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and e Auctions, manage contracts, maintain documentation, and leverage Tableau and QuickBase for performance dashboards.

We are seeking a talented and experienced eSourcing / Source to Contract Analyst based in Atlanta to support North American procurement teams. This role requires strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO), along with a solid understanding of the end-to-end Source to Contract (S2C) process. The Specialist will collaborate with procurement teams across North America and regional category teams to support, advise, and guide the preparation, execution, evaluation and awarding of e-sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, and e Auctions). This role also supports contract management best practices and is responsible for managing sourcing pipelines and monthly performance metrics using Tableau and QuickBase, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and sourcing excellence. A strong understanding of emerging AI capabilities and their application within procurement is preferred, with the ability to identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance user experience.
This role is based at our corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA.
