Job summary

Hardy County Schools seeks a County Coordinator for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers program. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and maintain documentation for the 231st CCLC afterschool program in Hardy County, WV.

This contract/hourly role requires WV Teaching Certificate, CPR/First Aid, and successful completion of county/interview processes, with trainings completed as required by county and WVDE.

Qualifications

• WV Professional Teaching Certificate.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience overseeing program operations and supervising staff.
• Successful completion of the Hardy County interview process.
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings.
• Ability to perform the job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the 231st CCLC Afterschool Program for Hardy County Schools.
• Complete documentation paperwork and schedule program activities.
• Cover for staff absences and manage staff coverage.
• Maintain all aspects of the afterschool program and ensure compliance with policies.
