Job summary

County Program Analyst – Allen County FSA Office, Oberlin, Louisiana. This permanent, full-time role supports county program areas, interprets regulations, maintains producer data, and processes forms using web-based applications. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of four years of education above high school or a bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of general work experience in support of projects or programs related to agricultural operations or government programs.
• A combination of education and experience as described above.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out office activities and functions pertaining to program areas administered in the county.
• Interpreting and explaining procedures, program regulations and forms to producers and agency personnel.
• Utilizing web-based software to maintain producer data and process forms.
• Planning and carrying out assigned tasks with initiative and judgment.

Education

Four years of education above high school or bachelor's degree

One year graduate education (CO-07 level)

Master’s degree or two years graduate education (CO-09 level)
