Job summary

Talentify is seeking County Program Analysts to support county offices in Kansas with program administration and data processing.

Key duties include interpreting procedures, explaining regulations, and maintaining producer data using web-based forms. The role requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve problems efficiently.

Qualifications

• You must be a US Citizen or US National.
• Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service Registered or Exempt.
• Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check. Requiring a REAL ID and/or Passport, U.S. Military card or current PIV card for completion.
• Successful completion of one year probationary period, unless previously served.
• Direct Deposit - Per Public Law 104-134 all Federal employees are required to have federal payments made by direct deposit to their financial institution.
• Successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
• Must be a high school graduate, or have a GED.
• Must be 18 years of age, or 17 years of age for high school graduates.
