Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: degree in Computer Science, Business Admin or related field; Master's preferred.
• Extensive IT leadership experience with complex project delivery.
• Knowledge of cyber security, data governance, and IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develops a county-wide technology vision aligned with Board goals.
• Oversee planning, security, and maintenance of IT systems and data assets.
• Lead cybersecurity operations and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Direct staffing, performance and staff development in IT.
• Manage department budget and vendor contracts.
• Evaluate AI and automation to improve service delivery.
