Responsibilities

• Direct department operations to meet goals within budget and staffing constraints.
• Provide managerial leadership, supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and address personnel matters.
• Develop short and long-range plans for technological functions and stay current with field developments.
• Implement strategic, tactical and project processes aligned with County strategies and policies.
• Provide technology training to County departments and advise on needs.
