Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a County Manager for Guernsey County, OH. The role oversees county behavioral health operations, budgets, and service lines, guiding strategies and ensuring high-quality client care.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with the regional director, build stakeholder relationships, and drive performance using data analytics while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct relevant experience in healthcare/behavioral health or related field.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Budgetary experience.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee county operations and service delivery outcomes.
• Travel ~50% to support client care and county operations.
• Supervise and develop supervisors, providers and staff.
• Develop and retain a dedicated care team across programs.
