Job summary

O-I in the United States seeks an experienced process/maintenance leader to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliable operation of glass production lines. You will drive continuous improvement and collaborate with manufacturing teams across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in a technical field, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel up to 50-75% is anticipated, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical area.
• Minimum 10 years in the required technical area with strong process knowledge.
• Proven ability to communicate and organize effectively; proficient with MS Office.

• Identify and direct continuous improvement efforts for forehearth, IS Machine maintenance, operation, and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Detailed knowledge of applicable processes and associated equipment, with glass plant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
