Job summary

Olam Agri is seeking a Country Finance Controller to lead the finance function for the country, ensuring robust governance, statutory compliance, and high-quality financial reporting. The role partners with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and maintain strong internal controls.

The incumbent will oversee budgeting, treasury, tax compliance, audits, and performance analysis across the country, with a focus on profitability and risk management in a multinational manufacturing

Qualifications

CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
12–18 years of progressive finance experience in accounting and controllership.
Experience with multinational manufacturing/agri/commodities sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the country finance function including governance, reporting, budgeting, and controls.
Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
Drive treasury planning, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
Ensure tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination.
Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic financial insights.
