Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Country Cluster Head to oversee Ipsen’s country operations within the Clinical Development Operations function. The role ensures high-quality delivery across feasibility, site selection, start-up, monitoring, and close-out with FSP partners.

You will manage a portfolio of Ipsen studies, drive RBQM adoption, maintain inspection readiness, and partner with global teams to execute strategy in a fast-paced, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Clinical Trials or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership of country/region level operations.
• Experience with Site Management and Monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of country operations and FSP partners.
• Lead site feasibility, selection, initiation, and monitoring activities.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across country portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and metrics.
