Job summary

Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. in Vero Beach, FL is hiring a Countertop Installer Helper with no experience required. You’ll work with an experienced Lead Installer and receive paid on-the-job training to learn how to install custom countertops.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with countertop installations.
• Load, unload, carry, and position countertop materials.
• Measure, level, secure, and finish countertops.
• Learn to safely use hand and power tools.
• Protect floors and customer property.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Work professionally in customers' homes.

Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. is a family-owned company established in 1999. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our Vero Beach countertop installation team.

IF YOU'RE CURRENTLY WORKING IN GENERAL LABOR, LANDSCAPING, MOVING, WAREHOUSE WORK, OR ANOTHER HANDS‑ON JOB AND WANT AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN A REAL SKILLED TRADE, THIS COULD BE THE JOB FOR YOU.

YOU'LL WORK ALONGSIDE AN EXPERIENCED LEAD INSTALLER AND RECEIVE PAID ON‑THE‑JOB TRAINING WHILE LEARNING HOW TO PROFESSIONALLY INSTALL CUSTOM COUNTERTOPS.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Lead Installer with countertop installations

We are looking for the right attitude — not a perfect resume.

Experience in any hands‑on job is helpful, including:

• Construction
• Carpentry
• Cabinet installation
• Flooring or tile
• Remodeling
• Landscaping
• Warehouse
• Moving
• General labor

But even if you don't have this experience, we encourage you to apply if you're reliable and willing to learn.

What You Get

A valid driver's license is preferred.

$16–$20 PER HOUR

Pay is based on experience and skill level.

The goal is to help the right person develop into a skilled installer and eventually a Lead Installer.
