Job summary

Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) seeks a motivated professional to join a high-performing team aligning whole-of-Government counterterrorism strategy with plans, policies, programs, and activities to disrupt transnational threat networks. The selected candidate will plan, develop and evaluate strategic planning documents supporting U.S.

national security and foreign policy, and conduct research to identify priorities and trends linking resources to strategy.

• Extensive knowledge of IC organizations' missions and policies.

• Develop professional relationships with ODNI and IC.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and evaluate strategic planning documents in support of U.S. national security.
• Conduct research to identify priorities, gaps and interdependencies to link resources to strategy.
• Possess regional counterterrorism knowledge of Asia, Africa, or FTOs in Latin America.
• Possess extensive capability in CT analysis, operations, or intelligence collection.
• Support assessments of IC progress toward mission and enterprise objectives.
• Prepare strategic guidance documentation for IC programs and activities.
• Conduct research on best practices in strategy development and impact.
• Implement outreach activities within and beyond the IC.
• Prepare briefings and presentations for leadership and senior policymakers.
• Maintain productive working relationships with peers and senior leaders across the IC.
