Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Training Developer/Instructor to support DOE-IN contracts in the Washington, D.C. area. You will develop and deliver training on CI tradecraft, threats from foreign adversaries, and leadership development.

The role requires extensive CI experience, strong instructional skills, and an active Top Secret clearance. You will analyze training needs, measure effectiveness, and create visual aids for national CI awareness programs.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Graduate of FBI/DOD CI credentialing or equivalent program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field.
• Completed formal instructor training from U.S. Government or similar program.
• Minimum of 10 years CI experience in USIC.
• At least 2 years developing courses or training programs.
• Broad understanding of global affairs relevant to US national security.
• Strong oral communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct training modules on CI tradecraft and related topics.
• Deliver training to groups in person and virtually.
• Coordinate attendance at external training events.
• Analyze data to determine training needs and priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive quality improvements.
• Track attendance and generate training reports.
• Create visual aids to support CI awareness programs.
