Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory seeks a Counterintelligence Support Specialist to assist the Senior Counterintelligence Officer and DOE-IN program directors. The role covers sensitive information handling, data retrieval, and liaison activities within a secure CI program environment.

The position is on-site in Richland, WA and requires U.S. citizenship, a federal background investigation, and a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing large information sets using databases and search tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage sensitive information with appropriate compartmentalization and security controls.
• Communicate effectively with staff at varying clearance levels.
• Build strategic internal and external networks to support CI program objectives.
• Identify, develop, and maintain CI databases for quarterly reviews and briefing programs.
• Assign and track CI-related tasks to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulations.
• Retrieve and analyze CI information from local and national sources to identify valuable insights.
