Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education

• Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
• Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements as specified under OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301.
• Must complete an in-scope (per current DoD 6-year reinvestigation requirement), favorable ST5 investigation (including SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in DoD CE/CV program), and be adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD CAF without conditions, exceptions, or waivers at the time of performance. Must maintain this security level for the duration of the contract.
• Higher Education degree in Information Science, Intelligence, or Data Science is preferred, or prior experience with 0204 or 0210, Army 351M roles.
• Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Experience Required

• Experience conducting counterintelligence/human intelligence for the U.S. Department of Defense.
• Strong writing, analytical, and reading skills, with effective communication abilities.
• Minimum of ten years' military experience.

Job Objective

The Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Operations Analyst will support MARCENT and subordinate commands for a five-year contract. The role involves providing professional services at MacDill AFB, Florida, supporting the G-2 Intelligence Directorate within USCENTCOM AOR, both CONUS and OCONUS, to assist in decision-making and staff actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in collections management, intelligence analysis, operations, geographic profiling, and signals intelligence analysis.
• Assist with intelligence analysis and collections management at TS/SCI level for MARCENT forces.
• Develop and review intelligence requirements, providing recommendations.
• Prepare classified reports and briefs as needed.

Education & Certification

• Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas.
• Must meet certification requirements under OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD 8523.01, and AF Manual 17-1301.
• Must complete a favorable in-scope investigation (per DoD 6-year reinvestigation), adjudicated for SCI eligibility without conditions, and maintain security clearance for the contract's duration.
• Preferred: Degree in Information Science, Intelligence, Data Science, or prior military roles 0204, 0210, Army 351M.

Security Clearance

• Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Work Location

• MARCENT, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida
• Travel: Support for projected travel to various countries in support of government requirements, including but not limited to Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, France, Germany, UK, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Djibouti, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, Greece. Candidate must be available for travel on short notice (<24 hours) and able to execute OCONUS travel throughout CENTCOM AOR.
