Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph eligibility to support USSOCOM. You will provide risk assessments, all-source intelligence, and CI guidance across SOF, HUMINT, and supply chain operations.

The role emphasizes analyzing foreign threat activity, profiling vendor networks, and collaborating with legal and contracting to strengthen procurement security while briefing senior leaders and engineers on CI risks.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Minimum 12 years in Counter-Intelligence with 10+ years since 2015 at the O-6 or higher level within USSOCOM Enterprise or Interagency equivalent.
• Experience producing IC-coordinated, all-source intelligence products including analyzing FIE capabilities, intentions, and opportunities.
• Experience leading analytic teams and producing strategic-level intelligence for senior leadership.
• Experience mapping and researching supply chains, vendor networks, and conducting business due diligence.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and threats to SOF and HUMINT activities, logistics lines, and procurement.
• Profile supply chains from raw materials to manufacturers and logistics providers to identify vulnerabilities.
• Write SCRAs for new technologies, acquisitions, or programs with recommended risk posture.
• Provide CIAR training to personnel and brief senior leaders on CI risks.
• Collaborate with legal and contracting to enhance security in procurement actions.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide Supply Chain Risk Management policy and best practices.
• Disseminate intelligence products on supply chain threats and emerging capabilities.
• Liaise with Federal agencies and industry to share threat information.
