Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Counter-UAS Analysis Team Lead to guide a multidisciplinary group dedicated to detecting, tracking and defeating UAS threats. You will shape evaluation strategies across RF, radar, acoustic and EO/IR modalities and advise senior leadership on capabilities and gaps.

This role requires collaboration with military and government stakeholders, oversight of test planning, and detailed data analysis to deliver actionable intelligence and system performance assessments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Intelligence, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of defense, intelligence, or C-UAS operations experience.
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies and layered defense architectures.
• Experience in test & evaluation, and operational planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with NATO or joint ISR/C-UAS operations (desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team focused on C-UAS threat detection and mitigation.
• Develop and implement evaluation strategies for emerging C-UAS systems across multiple sensor modalities (RF, radar, acoustic, EO/IR).
• Coordinate with military and government stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for C-UAS systems and technologies.
• Analyze raw data and produce actionable intelligence reports and technical assessments.
• Support acquisition and integration of C-UAS systems, including vendor evaluations and system performance reviews.
• Represent the organization in working groups, briefings, and interagency coordination efforts.
