Great American Restaurants in the Northern Virginia area is seeking passionate Counter Team Members to greet guests, take orders, and keep service smooth in a high-volume setting.

Counter Team Members make approximately $600-800 a week.

As a Counter Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for providing our guests with an outstanding experience while working in a team-oriented environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and creating a genuine connection
• Guiding guests through menus and taking accurate orders
• Coordinating and assisting other team members with assembling orders
• Providing attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of
• Assist to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
