Job summary

Standard Supply is hiring a Counter Solutions Associate to service customers at the counter and support the branch with light warehouse tasks. You will learn operations, assist contractors, and develop product knowledge that leads to growth within the company.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits, including a 401(k) and health insurance, as the company grows with you in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the counter.
• Maintain branch front counter and showroom, restock and count inventory.
• Pull and stage customer orders; perform warehouse duties.
• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Build product knowledge through vendor visits and team collaboration.
• Support a safe working environment by following procedures.
