Job summary

Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA team is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to help customers find and source the right parts. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and rapid problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, basic automotive experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers opportunities for growth within NAPA's service network and an emphasis on team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Technical or Trade school courses or degree preferred.

What you’ll need:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
• High School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses or degree

• Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment

And if you have this, even better (not a deal breaker if you don’t):

• Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
• Experience in airport ground support equipment
• Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems, a plus
• Entirely customer-centric (external/internal)
• ASE Certifications
