Job summary

Selland Family Restaurants is seeking a friendly Counter Server for our OBO Italian Table and Bar in Sacramento. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, and ensure a positive dining experience while working as part of a collaborative team.

Evenings and weekends availability is required; light bartending is a plus. Benefits include meals on shift, a tipping pool, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

• MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
• Light bartending experience is a plus!
• Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
• A willingness to learn and grow
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
• Reliable transportation to work

Position Summary: Counter Server team members ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. This includes but is not limited to, greeting and acknowledging every guest in a positive manner, menu and product knowledge, keeping a clean and sanitary environment and all other components of the restaurant’s guest service standards while growing as part of a team!
