Prime Electric Wholesale Corp. in Alhambra, CA is seeking an experienced Counter / Inside Sales Representative to assist walk-in and phone customers, quote, process orders, and grow sales.

You will apply knowledge of electrical products and contractor needs to deliver accurate pricing and timely service. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in electrical wholesale distribution, strong communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution.
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials, including conduit, fittings, wire, breakers, panels, devices, and related electrical supplies.
• Experience assisting electrical contractors with product selection, quotations, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, phone customers, and contractors with product selection, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate electrical products and solutions.

• Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendations and additional customer needs.

• Accurately enter and process stock, direct, back, and special orders.

Prime Electric Wholesale Corp. is an established electrical supply distributor seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Counter / Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in electrical wholesale distribution who understands electrical products, works well in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build lasting relationships with electrical contractors and customers.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, dependable, detail-oriented, and sales-driven, with the ability to handle multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent service.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical wholesale distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

Counter Sales & Customer Service

• Assist walk-in customers, phone customers, and contractors with product selection, pricing, availability, and orders.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to assist with product stocking and counter operations as needed.
