Open LMS in Houston, TX is seeking a Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to process and fulfill orders, accept shipments, and maintain organized warehouse operations.

You will enter purchase orders, pull orders, stock shelves with a forklift, verify receipts, and handle shipping paperwork. No prior experience required though warehouse, order pulling or customer service experience is helpful. This role reports to Head of Operations and is non-exempt.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift certification required.
• No prior warehouse experience required, but preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

Mansioni

• Enter purchase order data in the inventory control system for orders received via phone or requisitions.
• Pull orders and load them into customers' vehicles or prepare shipping paperwork for UPS/LTL shipments.
• Stock shelves, racks, and bins with new or transferred stock using a forklift.
• Take inventory to identify items to reorder or replenish.
• Maintain clean, safe storage areas and ensure regulatory compliance.
