Bridgestone HosePower, LLC is North America's premier hydraulic and industrial hose sales and service company. Headquartered in Orange Park, Florida, we offer counter service, mobile hose repair, and state-of-the-art OEM centers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Due to current and projected growth, HosePower is seeking a well-rounded, motivated self-starter to work at our retail counter and assist with daily warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers on-site to determine the best products for their needs.
2. Fulfill orders based on pick tickets for customer pickup or shipment.
3. Identify hydraulic hoses and assist with on-site fabrication (training provided).
4. Display merchandise, recommend products, and highlight features such as quality and utility.
5. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
6. Discuss the use and features of various hoses and products; make recommendations based on customer needs.
7. Address inventory issues or customer concerns with management.
8. Prepare sales orders or quotes.
9. Maintain organized stock on shelves and in designated areas.
10. Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards.
11. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a retail sales environment.
2. Forklift operation experience; certification preferred but not required.
3. Ability to lift and move over 50 lbs.
4. Knowledge of warehouse operations, data processing, and paperwork flow.
5. Mechanical aptitude; comfortable using hand tools and operating equipment like saws and crimpers; able to read a tape measure.
6. Proficiency in Internet use and Microsoft Office products.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
