We're looking for someone who understands plumbing products, enjoys working with contractors, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in the plumbing industry and can confidently help customers find the right products for their jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing industry preferred.
• Experience at a plumbing supply house or wholesale distributor is a plus.
• Knowledge of fittings, valves, piping, and water heaters.

Responsibilities

• Help contractors find parts, fittings, valves, and materials.
• Take and process customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Answer product questions and recommend solutions.
• Check pricing, inventory, and product availability.
• Build relationships with regular customers.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to move orders.

We're looking for someone who understands plumbing products, enjoys working with contractors, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in the plumbing industry and can confidently help customers find the right products for their jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping plumbing contractors find the right parts, fittings, valves, and materials for their jobs.
• Taking and processing customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Answering product questions and recommending solutions.
• Checking pricing, inventory, and product availability.
• Building relationships with our regular customers.
• Working with our sales and warehouse teams to keep orders moving.
• Providing the knowledgeable, friendly service our customers have come to expect.

Qualifications

• Plumbing knowledge or previous plumbing industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working at a plumbing supply house, wholesale distributor, or as a plumber is a plus.
• Familiarity with plumbing fittings, valves, piping systems, water heaters, and related products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy counter environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn our order entry system.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to work as part of a team.
