Job summary

Reece USA is seeking a Counter / Parts Sales professional for the HVACR division in Longview, TX. You will help customers select the right plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, and kitchen/bath products while working with a team to ensure inventory and sales standards are met.

The successful candidate will leverage 2+ years of experience in HVACR-related fields, deliver high-quality customer service, and support growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the assigned business line (HVACR, plumbing, waterworks, etc.).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with team to maintain inventory and sales standards.

Counter / Parts Sales -HVACR Division

IMPACT YOU MAKE:

The parts sales role is empowered to use expertise to help our customers keep their communities safe through delivering clean water and HVAC.

Specific duties include:

• Assess customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Working cooperatively with team members maintain inventory and sales standards
• Properly enter and track sales

Most importantly, you will deliver high quality customer service and professionalism!
