Reece USA is seeking a Counter / Parts Sales associate to help customers secure parts for water and HVAC projects. You will assess needs, recommend solutions, and enter sales accurately, while collaborating with teammates to maintain inventory and sales standards.

Ideal candidates have about two years in the field and familiarity with plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, and kitchen & bath. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on service, professionalism, and teamwork.

• Knowledge of Plumbing, Waterworks, HVAC, and Kitchen & Bath.

Counter / Parts Sales

This role is centered on parts sales, empowering the associate to support customers in delivering safe and clean water and HVAC solutions.

The parts sales role is empowered to use expertise to help our customers keep their communities safe through delivering clean water and HVAC.

Specific Duties Include

• Assess customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Work cooperatively with team members to maintain inventory and sales standards.
