Reece USA is seeking a Counter / Parts Sales professional for the HVACR division in Denton, TX. The role emphasizes assisting customers, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate sales records.

You will work with teammates to manage inventory and uphold sales standards while delivering high-quality service. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, or kitchen and bath, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

The parts sales role is empowered to use expertise to help our customers keep their communities safe through delivering clean water and HVAC.

• Assess customer's needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Working cooperatively with team members maintain inventory and sales standards
• Properly enter and track sales
