Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in the electrical industry preferred.
• Proficiency in computer usage; Eclipse software familiarity a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift items up to 70 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with part identification, product selection, and order processing.
• Provide accurate quotes and follow through to close — no dropped handoffs.
• Develop product knowledge across multiple product lines and maintain accuracy in orders.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to support multiple product lines and respond to shifting priorities.
