Responsibilities include:

1. Handling incoming customer calls and greeting walk-in customers
2. Assisting with product selection and order processing
3. Picking customer orders from the warehouse
4. Preparing sales tickets and processing charges
5. Promoting product promotions
6. Supporting warehouse functions
7. Achieving monthly sales and gross margin goals
8. Providing courteous and professional customer service
9. Prioritizing tasks effectively
10. Performing other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred but will train the right candidate
• Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Reliable, responsible, and dedicated work ethic
