What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Utilize knowledge and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell products
- Listen to customers to understand their needs and resolve issues
- Document and process customer orders in appropriate systems
- Attend training and meetings to stay updated on program knowledge and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales in a contact center environment
- State or Federal work experience
