Aramsco, Inc. is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Representative in Tustin, CA to greet customers, provide product information, and process sales with accuracy.

You will support showroom operations, assist with classes, and collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service or counter sales experience, with bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or counter sales experience preferred.
• Experience in janitorial/restoration/remediation or related industries is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling and basic accounting experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
• Provide product information, recommendations and demonstrations.
• Process sales orders, returns and transactions accurately.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and deposits per procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized showroom and counter area.
• Stock shelves in showroom and stockroom as needed.
• Assist with classes and support marketing efforts for education sessions.
• Make courtesy calls and follow up on past-due accounts as directed.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
